Common questions

How is this list of dividend stocks ranked?
Qualification is factual: at least three consecutive fiscal years of cash dividends paid, with the payout GROWN in the latest year — both read directly from each company's SEC cash-flow statements. Qualifying names are then ranked by our composite quality score, so the top of the list is quality companies that also pay and raise dividends.
Why don't you rank by dividend yield?
Yield is price ÷ payout — a high yield is often just a fallen price (a value trap). Payout consistency and growth from the filings say more about the dividend's durability than the yield does. Each stock's page carries the fuller picture.
How often does this page update?
Scores and verdicts refresh nightly against SEC filings; payout facts update as each company files its annual report. Rankings change only when the filings change — never on price action.

Every call is impersonal — identical for all users, generated on a schedule from SEC filings plus a delayed/third-party price feed — may be wrong or out of date, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The operator and an affiliated trading operation may hold or trade the securities TENK rates; see Disclosures. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Do your own research.
