Two or more distinct company insiders (officers, directors, 10% owners) reporting an open-market PURCHASE — SEC Form 4 transaction code P — within the last 30 days. We exclude option exercises, grants and gifts; only cash bought on the open market counts. That clustering is what separates a conviction signal from a one-off routine buy.
